Luken Ermilus
Co-Founder, Haiti Director of Youth Ministry and Community Outreach
Luken uses his passion and love for Jesus to oversee all of the Luken Foundation's operations in Haiti. He coordinates with parents, children, staff, and the community of Cite´ Soleil, Haiti. He is in charge of hiring and managing all employees and purchasing goods and services. He also oversees the maintenance and renovations of our buildings. Luken is also in charge of preparing and preaching for our Community Church services every Sunday.
Ricky Burge
CEO, CFO, Founder
Ricky is a Christian husband, Father, Grandfather and, business owner. Along with his wife, Shanda, he resides in Central Texas. Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. This is genuinely Ricky's gift. Since establishing the Luken Foundation in 2016, Ricky continues to be driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support. This is possible through his commitment to the task God has called him to and has equipped him for. He is driven by faith and a discerning ear. He rests in knowing all glory is given to God for the success of this endeavor.
Autumn Sheffield
Co-Founder, Executive Administrator
Autumn is the daughter of Ricky Burge and works hard to keep the Luken Foundation up and running. She plays an integral role in handling all accounting, marketing, outreach and development, and fundraising for the Luken Foundation. She has a huge heart for helping others and has found a love for the nonprofit sector since starting the Luken Foundation.
Sonel Jean
Program Coordinator, Safety Coordinator
Sonel lives in Cite' Soleil. He is a natural-born protector and oversees security and safety by constantly developing new protocols to protect our children and our properties. The Luken Foundation could not run smoothly without his care and support.
Chenet Joseph
Program Coordinator, Security Manager
Chenet, who lives in Cite' Soleil, is our Food Program Director. He has a daughter who attends the Luken Foundation. Chenet patiently and lovingly provides stability by showing up every day to oversee 76 children before and after school and up to 200 in our food program. Chenet makes sure the children have order in their day-to-day routine, and he aids in distributing hot meals to the children. We are blessed to have such a dedicated member of our staff.
Adrienne Ortelime
Food Program Director
Adrienne has worked with us since the beginning. She is highly gifted in menu planning, food preparation, service and has fed as many as 400 people at our community gatherings. She also cooks for and serves a hot meal to as many as 75 kids daily. Her positive nature and infectious smile encourage other adults in the community to join her in this endeavor. Our food program would not happen without her love and dedication to these children. She truly has a servant's heart.

Steve & Brandy Siewert met Luken many years before the Luken Foundation was formed, and he changed the way they live life. They love him like a son and have graciously stood by us at every turn. Their hearts and passion for Luken and our foundation are part of our backbone. They give their time with fundraising, critical decision-making, program support, and helping in any way that is needed. They travel to Haiti frequently and take teams if you’d ever like to join them.
